To celebrate Pi day today Todd made the best pie ever.
It only has two ingredients besides the Keebler Chocolate crust (he bought from the store).
He calls it: Brownie mousse pie.
Ingredients:
1 pie crust, chocolate cookie crumb type
1/2 package brownie mix
1-2 C cream (or milk if you're looking for a lower-fat option)
Mix the brownie mix and cream with hand-mixer, pour over crust and chill for ~2 hours.
Try it. So delicious, and so easy.
And just because this boy is so cute:
