The annual Touch-a-Truck

I think this is Henry's third year going to Champaign's Touch-a-Truck, but my first year picture taking. Picture swarms of little kids, many pregnant mamas or mamas with tiny babies (there seemed to be many more this year than other years), cheesy music and kids dancing, and all kinds of trucks, diggers, buses and race cars parked among the trees of a giant park.

The boys were in their element.

First we stopped off at a fire truck, but I don't have pictures of that. Theo was fascinated but didn't want to get too close. Those big reds are pretty intimidating. Henry, though, hopped right up into the driver seat and pretended to drive with sirens blaring.

Next was the race car . . .

A big diesel truck . . .

Layin' on the horn, Honk! Honk!

And diggers . . .
 He touched the truck!!

And fuel trucks with Benjamin . . .

It was a fun afternoon. My favorite part was the free scoop of ice cream. Thanks, Marble Slab.
